Short version: Extrudix is built and supported by one person. Email support@extrudix.com for anything, or use one of the forms below to report a bug, send feedback, contribute catalog data, or share whatever else is on your mind. Every message gets read.

01 Reach out

Pick whichever fits best. None of these require an account, and none of them are monitored by anyone but the developer.

02 Who's reading this

Extrudix is built by one person, not a team, not a company with a support queue. I wanted a 3D printing tracker that actually fit how I work, couldn't find one, so I built it myself. It started as a personal tool, and it's grown from there.

That means every bug report, every piece of feedback, and every catalog contribution goes straight to the person who wrote the code, not a ticketing system. I read all of it, and I use it to decide what gets fixed and built next. If something's broken or missing, telling me is the single most useful thing you can do.

I can't promise instant replies or that every request gets built, but I do read everything and genuinely care about making this more useful for the people using it. Thanks for being here. Taylor

03 Common questions

Where is my data actually stored?

In plain CSV and JSON files inside a folder you choose on your device, or in iCloud Drive or Google Drive if you point Extrudix there. There's no account and no server, so nothing is stored anywhere we control.

How do I move to a new device?

Point the new device's working folder at the same iCloud Drive or Google Drive folder your other device uses, and everything syncs automatically. If you're on local storage only, use Export / Share Data in Settings to move your files over manually.

What does Demo Mode do?

It loads a full sample dataset into a temporary folder so you can try every feature without entering your own data first. Turning it off instantly restores your real data untouched, and demo data also expires automatically after a day.

I found a bug. What should I include?

What you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps a lot. The more specific, the faster it can actually get fixed.

Can I request a feature?

Yes, that's exactly what the feedback and "get involved" forms above are for. Not every request makes it in, but all of them get read and considered.
